| 英文摘要 | 目的:了解我院药品不良反应(Adr)的发生情况及影响因素,以促进临床合理用药。方法:应用EXCEl软件,对2007年7月1日~2010年6年30日我院收集到的852份Adr报告,分别就患者性别、年龄、涉及的药品种类、器官或系统及临床表现等进行分类统计。结果:852份Adr报告中涉及的药品共有278个品种,抗感染药所占比例最高,共74种,占26.62%;给药途径以静脉用药为主,共450例,占49.29%;严重Adr 89例,占10.45%。结论:应重视Adr监测工作,加强对患者用药过程观察,保证患者用药安全、合理,减少Adr的发生。; Objective:To study the occurrence of adverse drug reactions(ADR) and their relevant factors in our hospital in order to improve the rational drug use in the clinic.Method:852 cases of ADR reports collected in the hospital during 1 July 2007 to 30 June 2010 were retrospectively analyzed in respect of patients' gender and age,drug kinds,ADR-involved organs or systems and clinical manifestations,etc.by using Excel.Result:Among the 852 cases,278 kinds of drugs were related.Anti-infectious drugs were the highest in the incidence rate of ADRs(74 kinds,43.81%).The main route of medication was by vein(450 cases,49.29%).The severe ADRs were 89 cases,occupying 10.45%.Conclusion: More importance should be attached to the monitoring of ADRs and strengthening the observation of drug use to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADRs. |
