LED筒灯散热器正交试验优化设计研究; Research of Orthogonal Experimental Optimum Design of LED Downlight Radiator

英文摘要为了达到降低大功率lEd筒灯制造成本同时又保证散热能力的目的,采用正交试验法优化设计了散热器。分析了散热器基板直径、基板厚度、翅片厚度、翅片间距、翅片高度和翅片轮廓直径等6个因素对散热器重量与lEd温度的影响。然后利用Cfd热仿真软件对lEd筒灯散热器进行建模与散热仿真,最终得出了一个较为理想的优化结果。仿真与实验测试数据结果表明,采用优化后散热器的lEd温度较优化前略有下降,但散热器重量降幅超过30%,实现了较好的优化目标。; In order to reduce the manufacturing cost(radiator quality)of high power LED downlight and ensure the heat dissipation ability,the orthogonal experimental method was used to optimize the design of radiator.The effects of 6 key factors,such as radiator substrate diameter,substrate thickness,fin thickness,fin pitch,fin height and fin profile diameter,on the radiator weight and LED temperature were analyzed.Then the modeling and heat dissipation simulation of the LED downlight were carried out with CFD thermal simulation software,and finally a relatively ideal optimization result was achieved.Simulation and experimental results show that,although LED temperature decrease slightly using the optimized LED downlight radiator,the radiator quality decreases more than 30%,realizing the optimization target very well.; 国家科技支撑计划项目(2011BAE01B10); 国家“863”计划项目(2011AA03A109); 厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20130002)
