英文摘要	在“PHOnE TO PHOnE“工作方式的IP电话业务中,IP语音网关起到PSTn网和IP网之间的桥梁作用,它转换IP网络和PSTn网的信令,传输语音信息。在分析IP语音网关的基本功能的基础上,提出一种IP电话网关的实现方案以及模块化实现方式,依照SIP协议用C++代码网关功能模块,用MySQl数据库保存用户和呼叫信息,用SnMP协议实现对网关的远程配置与管理。实验表明该网关具有投入少、操作方便、可扩展性强等特点。; In the "Phone to Phone" working for voice over IP,IP voice gateway is a significant devices connecting PSTN and IP network,it transforms the control signal and transmits audio message between IP network and PSTN.Based on the analysis of IP phone gateway,a blueprint of IP phone gateway and the modular approach to achieve is introduced.In accordance with the SIP protocol,the function of gateway is moduled using C++ code,the information of user is stored using MySQL database,the gateway can be remote configurated and managed using SNMP protocol.The experiment shows that the gateway is economical and scalable.; 福建省科技计划项目(2000Z043)
