英文摘要Optimal performance of an endoreversible cycle operating between a finite heat source and sink is studied systematically. First, the fundamental optimal relation of the cycle is derived. Then, the relation is used to deduce the performance bounds and some significant discussion is presented. The results obtained here are more general and useful than those of two infinite heat source cycles. Thus, they may contribute to a better understanding of the optimal performance of real heat engines.
