英文摘要Using the differential equation of the orientational order parameter representing the transient behavior of monolayers, which is derived from the Debye Brownian rotational motion equation, the dielectric dispersion of organic monolayers on a material surface was analyzed. It was found that the equations representing the dielectric dispersion of organic monolayers satisfy the relations by Debye, although the dielectric relaxation time depends on the spatial restriction of the monolayers, the Coulomb interaction between the molecules as well as the interaction between the molecules and the substrates. Finally, we discuss the dielectric relaxation of monolayers on the basis of the experimental results on L-alpha-dimyristoyl, phosphatidylcholine (DMPC) multilayers.
