英文摘要	[中文摘要] 2010年6月,大陆海协会与台湾海基会正式签署了《海峡两岸经济合作框架协议》(下称ECFA)。ECFA在性质上虽然与一般性的区域贸易协定有所不同,但贸易救济措施同样是双方谈判过程中重点讨论的问题。从ECFA现有相关条款及台湾方面的立场来看,似乎倾向于采行重申和保留与WTO规则一致的反倾销、反补贴及保障措施的制度设计。实际上,基于两岸经济关系的特殊性,ECFA若对WTO贸易救济规则适度强化更符合两岸经济发展的需要。[英文摘要] In June 2010,Mainland-based Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Strait and Taiwan-based Straits Exchange Foundation officially signed the Framework Agreement between Chinese Mainland and Taiwan(ECFA).Although there are differences between ECFA and the General Regional Trade Agreements in character,the Trade Remedies is also focused in the negotiation process.From the existing relevant articles of ECFA and the stand of Taiwan side,it seems to incline to applying the system design that reaffirms and reserves the Antidumping or Anti-subsidy as well as the Guarantee Measures compatible with WTO rules． In fact，because of the peculiarity of the cross-Straits economic relations， it will be more suitable to the needs of the cross-Straits economic development， should ECFA strengthen WTO Trade Remedies Rules reasonably．
