英文摘要 | The application of a second-order and L-stable predictor-corrector method to the time discretisation of the semiconductor device equations is investigated. The semidiscrete system is linearised at an equilibrium point and the resulting method is shown to be stable. It is also shown that the method conserves the total current balance at each time level. |
