英文摘要1996年至1998年作者在厦门曾厝埯研究了水稻潜根线虫(HIrSCHMAnnIElASPP.)虫口密度的季节消长规律和在稻根内的垂直分布。双季稻虫口出现两个高峰期,分别在6月初和10月中旬,每10g鲜根分别带虫756.0条和725.3条;单季稻虫口仅在6月下旬至7月上旬出现一个高峰期,此时虫口密度达到每10g鲜根带虫343.2条。无论是单季稻还是双季稻,都是从水稻分蘖期到长穗长粒期这一期间根系虫口密度最高。由此可见,该线虫的活动规律与水稻的一生生长,尤其与其营养生长同步化。; Observation was made on the seasonal variation of population density of Hirschmanniella spp.(H.oryzae is main species) in Zengcuoan village situated in Xiamen suburbs from March 1997 to February 1998.The results show that the highest density occurs from rice tiller stage to heading stage.So there are two peak stages in doublecrop rice at the first ten days of June and during the second ten days of October,respectively.The average number of nematodes per 10g roots is 7560 and 7253,respectively.There is only one peak stage in singlecrop rice from the third ten days of June to the first ten days of July.The average number of nematodes per 10g roots is 3432.Besides,we examined 68 rice roots perpendicularly with three equal length and found that 494% larvae appeared at the tip of roots.The least of them appeared at the base of root.557% females and 571% males appeared at the middle of root.It follows that the reproductive proliferation of Hirschmanniella spp.is more or less parallel with the growth of the rice plant,so the authers suggested that the plan of rotating singlecrop rice and winter vegetable is the way to control this nematode in Xiamen region according to the abovementioned studies of their biology.
