英文摘要	调整人与自然关系的规范可简称为“自然规范“,与调整人际关系的“社会规范“相对应。在生态环境问题日趋严重的今天,提出并深入研究调整人与自然关系规范的合理性问题,具有极其重要而且急迫的意义。自然规范的合理性可分解为自然规范的可操作性与有效性。自然规范的可操作性的含义是:具备相应的经验和技能的操作者能够按照规范的要求进行操作,并得到规范所要求的结果,其实质是规范的合规律性。自然规范的有效性即是合目的性,其表层含义是达到创设规范的直接的技术性目的,从而获得相应的效益;其深层含义是实现人类与自然关系的良性互动与调整这一根本目的和效益。自然规范的可操作性和有效性往往显示为广泛的可接受性。; Parallel to social norms regulating the interpersonal relationships, the norms regulating the relation between man and nature can be called natural norms.Nowadays, with the increasingly serious ecological and environmental problems, it is of great signifi cance and exigency for us to raise the question of and do research on the rationality of the norms regulating the relation between man and nature.The rationality of natural norms can be divided into two parts: their operability and validity.The operability of natural norms, the essence of which is its conformity to laws, means that operators with relevant experience and techniques can operate according to norms and obtain the results required.The validity of natural norms is their conformity to aim.Its surface meaning is to realize the direct technical aims of norms and obtain corresponding interests and its deep meaning is to realize the fundamental aim of the optimum interaction between human beings and nature.The operability and validity of natural norms often display as a wide range of acceptability.; 国家社科基金项目“调整人与自然关系的规范的系统研究”(项目编号:11BZX027)
