| 英文摘要 | 鸦片的使用在印度尼西亚群岛有着悠久的历史,在荷兰殖民统治时期,鸦片税收一直是政府财政收入的重要组成部分。新生的印尼共和国在建立初期也被迫将鸦片作为重要的财政来源,这是由于印尼八月革命需要巨大的财政支持,同时荷兰的封锁政策给新生政权带来了巨大的财政压力。新生政权通过设立鸦片局和推动鸦片销售来缓解财政困难,但这种做法也面临严峻的政治风险。; The use of opium in the Indonesian archipelago has a long history.During the Dutch colonial period,opium tax has been an important component of government revenue parts.After independence,the newborn Republic of Indonesia has vowed to eradicate opium consumption in five years,but shortly thereafter,the Government of the Republic made opium an important source of finance due to huge financial support was needed from Indonesia August Revolution,and the enormous financial pressure made by Dutch's blockade.The approach that founding Djawatan Tjandoe dan Garam and promoting Opium sale by new government can alleviate financial difficulties but accompany with political risk as well.; 作者所承担的教育部课题(项目编号:12YJC770047)“东南亚华人饷码制度探析—以新、马地区及印尼为个案的研究”的阶段性成果 |
