英文摘要	延安马列学院是中国共产党在抗日战争时期创办的一所以研修马克思列宁主义思想、培养党的理论人才为重点的干部学校,在教学方针、教学内容、教学方法等方面,积累了许多宝贵经验,对当前的干部教育仍有重要的启迪价值。新时期应坚持理论与实际结合、民主与集中共进、整体与差异并举等原则,促进干部教育更加健康稳步地发展。; The Yan′an Marxism-Leninism institute is a formal cadre school,focusing on the study of MarxismLeninism and the talent cultivation for the CPC,which was set by our party during the period of anti-Japanese war.It has accumulated a lot of valuable experience in teaching principles,teaching contents and teaching methods,which still has extremely important value to the cadre education at the present.In the new age,in order to promote the healthy and steady development of cadre education,we should adhere to the following principles:the combination of theory and reality,the promotion of democracy and centralism and the simultaneous conduction of the whole and difference.
