| 英文摘要 | 文章选取德国2002~2012年季度数据,以占德国出口额比重最大的汽车制造业作为典型行业代表,重点分析德国经常项目盈余占gdP百分比与其支柱产业出口竞争力之间的动态关系。实证检验表明:以传统竞争力指标计算的德国支柱产业的出口优势正在逐渐收敛,这无法解释德国十多年来经常项目巨额盈余之谜,而德国完成统一后二十多年间自身产业结构的深刻调整、跨国公司大规模对外水平和垂直fdI、相对稳定的欧元汇率和谨慎的财政政策可能是德国经常项目长期盈余的内在原因。; This paper takes Germany's Automotive Industry、which is the biggest share of its export value,as a typical industry and investigates the dynamic relation between Germany's current account surplus in the percentage of GDP and its export competitiveness of its pillar industries on the basis of quarterly data from 2002Q1 to 2012Q4.Empirical results show that traditional index of Germany's pillar industry's export competitiveness,reflecting its advantage of export,is under convergence,which cannot fully explain Germany's huge current account surplus in the past decade.While the intrinsic reasons for long-term current account surplus may come from the profound adjustment of industry structure after The Reunification of Germany,large-scale horizontal and vertical FDI,relative stability of euro exchange rate and a prudent fiscal policy.; 国家社会科学基金项目“全球生产网络背景下中国汽车产业升级研究”(批准号:12BJY073); 教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目“要素成本上升背景下我国外贸中长期发展趋势研究”(批准号:13JZD010); 厦门大学国际经济与贸易系教育发展基金资助项目的部分研究成果 |
