英文摘要	本文将知识产权保护纳入企业异质性贸易模型中,从理论上分析了知识产权保护对出口边际的作用机制。在此基础上,本文构建了一个包含知识产权保护变量的扩展贸易引力模型,基于2002-2013年中国对95个出口市场的制造业产品出口数据,利用OlS和工具变量估计方法实证考察了出口市场的知识产权保护对中国出口增长的二元边际所产生的影响。结果表明,知识产权保护对中国出口扩展边际的影响显著为正,对集约边际的影响显著为负,知识产权保护主要通过扩展边际促进了中国的出口增长。经济规模、地理距离、固定贸易成本、多边阻力等主要通过扩展边际影响了中国的出口。上述估计结果对于技术密集型行业、出口边际的不同分解方法和知识产权保护的不同测算指标的估计依然稳健。; This paper analyzes the impact mechanism of intellectual property rights protection(IPRP) on margins of export by introducing IPRP into heterogeneous firm trade model.Then, constructing an extensive trade Gravity model incorporating IPRP and applying OLS and instrumental variable estimation method,this paper investigates the effect of IPRP in the export market on dual margins of China' s export growth based on China' s international trade data with 95 trade partners during 2002–2013.The results show the effect of IPRP on the extensive margin is significantly positive and that on the intensive margin is significantly negative, indicating that IPRP promotes China' s export growth through the extensive margin.Economic scale, geographical distance, fixed trade cost and multilateral resistance work along the extensive margin to impact China's export growth.The above results are robust for estimations with technology intensive industries, different decomposition approaches of export margins and different measurement indicators under IPRP.; 国家社科基金青年项目“知识产权保护对我国对外贸易的影响及政策研究”(11CJY073);国家社科基金重大项目(13&ZD029); 教育部哲学社会科学重大课题攻关项目(14JZD011); 中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金资助(20720151037); 教育部文科重点研究基地厦门大学宏观经济研究中心项目资助(13CMRZS01)
