| 英文摘要 | 再担保是为担保人设立的担保,当担保人无力承担担保责任时,再担保人将按协议约定向债权人继续承担责任,以保障债权的实现。再担保机构如何进行风险管控是一个值得关注的重要问题。文章分析了限定责任范围和保证方式、控制放大倍数、重视反担保措施等三项管控机制在防范道德风险、保障代偿能力、降低损失程度方面所起的作用,旨在为加强再担保机构的风险管控提供理论依据和实践指导。; Re-guarantee is a special kind of guarantee which is for the guarantee when he cannot meet the guarantee liability.But the risk management of re-guarantee is still an issue which deserves our consideration.This paper discusses the extent of liability and guaranty mode to prevent moral hazard,the amplification power to secure compensation ability,the counter guarantee to reduce the loss.Through theoretical deduction method and mathematical analysis,the paper aims to enhance the risk management of re-guarantee and to promote re-guarantee development in China.; 福建省社会科学规划项目“灾害金融、巨灾保险与保险风险证券化”(2009B2002)资助项目 |
