英文摘要	通过比较大陆和台湾企业并购市场现状、特点及其差异发现,相对大陆并购市场,台湾并购市场更显成熟,其参与主体更加多元化和扁平化。进一步分析两岸之间企业相互并购存在的产业、区位等因素的差异以及投资的相互流动性,证实两个市场之间企业并购受到产业选择、区位特征等因素的影响,并存在一定的非对称性。; By analyzing M&A market present situation,characteristics and differences between Mainland and Taiwan,this paper finds the Taiwan M&A market is more diversity and flat.Further analyzing the liquidity,industry and geographical factors of mutual mergers and acquisitions,the data confirms enterprise M&A between the two markets is affected by the factors such as industrial selection,regional characteristics,and so on.there are also obvious asymmetric characteristics between cross-strait M&A market.; 中国并购公会福建分会及海西并购俱乐部支持的“海西并购交易中心”基金项目的阶段性成果
