英文摘要	垂直专业化生产体系内,知识产权形成了复杂的“联营“和“裂变“结构,并影响企业的签约地位和利润获取,本文据此构建了包含最终产品供应商、零部件供应商和OEM厂商的契约均衡模型。发现在静态均衡下,知识产权联营企业在获取租金方面具有优势,甚至可以与最终产品供应商共同持有经济租金的剩余索取权,而在知识产权裂变中竞争其使用权的OEM厂商则不能保证获得经济租金。考虑国家经济增长过程中要素禀赋的演化,OEM厂商会面临关键资源的逐渐丧失,从而使所在国出现技术创新的同时利润下降的悖论,而知识产权联营企业聚集的国家则能依靠知识型技术创新体系维持较高的技术创新绩效。知识型技术创新体系是企业间围绕知识产权再生产形成的自我强化、相互促进的协同创新体系,是中国改善经济增长绩效的有效路径。; In vertical specialization production system,intellectual property rights have been managed in alliance and divided itself meanwhile.Based on this view,this paper build a model,including a final products supplier,a component supplier and an original equipment manufacturer,to describe the contract equilibrium in vertical specialization production system.In the static contract equilibrium,firms in the intellectual property alliance obtain more economic rent,and can even share residual claim of the economic rent with the final products supplier,while OEM firms who try to obtain usage right intellectual property are not surely able to abtain positive economic rent.Considering the variation of factor endowment in the national growth,OEM firms will lost their cheap labor resource gradually.Manufactures in these nations take action to innovate but lost profit meanwhile,which is a terrible paradox.However,firms in the intellectual property alliance,supported by knowledge-based technology innovation system,can keep high profit rate.Knowledge-based technology innovation system is a system in which firms are enhanced to pay more attention to produce intellectual property in alliance,and is China's only choice to improve growth quality.; 国家社会科学基金项目“全球价值链分工中产业升级的理论创新与应用研究”(批准号12BJL068); 河南省政府决策招标课题“河南省产业融合发展的基本思路、原则和路径研究”(批准号2014122)
