英文摘要	通过构建一个简单的政府间博弈模型,并以分税制改革后中国1994—2011年各省面板数据为基础,分析了中央转移支付对地区产业结构合理化的影响。研究表明,地方政府出于自身利益的考虑而采取的投资行为会使转移支付对地区产业结构合理化产生两方面效应,即一方面转移支付倾向于给当地带来gdP高增长的资本密集型投资类项目而直接扩大了地区产业结构的偏离度;另一方面国有企业与转移支付的相互作用同时也会阻碍地区产业结构的合理化调整。对我国东中西部不同区域的比较,发现西部地区转移支付对地区产业结构合理化的负面影响更大。; Building a game model of the strategy selection by governments,this paper analyzes the effects of transfer payments on the rationalization of industrial structure.Relying on province data from 1994 to 2011, we find that the transfer payments not only have negative effect on the rationalization of industrial structure directly by invested too much in capital-intensive industries that can make GDP grows quickly,but also make the structure deviation degree higher through their interaction with State-Owned Enterprises.Further more,we compare the specific condition of different regions in our country,and find that the negative effect of transfer payments is more serious in western area.; 2009教育部研究基地重大项目“转轨深化、经济结构调整与可持续发展”(批准号:2009JJD790039); 2009国家社科基金一般项目“新中国60年经济发展与制度变迁的互动关系与经验教训研究”(批准号:09BJL002)前期研究成果; 教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划项目资金资助
