英文摘要 | 本文分析了近年来我国土地市场乱象和长期高速持续的房价上涨原因,并提出了政策建议:短期着重于抑制投机需求,中长期的政策则应逐渐减缓产业链上下游的市场垄断力量,消除产业链上下游双轨制,从根本上改善商品住房供需失衡矛盾。; This paper analyzes the reasons for the chaos in China′s land market and the ever-rising housing prices in recent years.On the basis of this,the author proposes the following policies and advice: The short-term policies should focus on restraining the speculative demands,while the medium-and-long-term policies should gradually reduce the market monopoly power in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain,with the aim of eliminating the phenomenon of the double-track of real estate industrial chain and improving the imbalance in the supply and demand of commercial housing.; 教育部人文社会科学研究青年基金项目;项目编号:09YJC790099 |
