英文摘要	服务贸易发展反映了要素配置及外贸增长方式转变。通过对服务业的固定资产投资、服务业fdI、人力资本和技术进步等要素对服务贸易影响的计量分析,发现各要素对转变外贸增长方式的贡献率不同,从大到小依次为技术进步、fdI、固定资产投资和人力资本。据此提出相应的政策建议,加快服务业技术进步,积极引进服务业fdI,加强服务业固定资产投资,积极培育服务业人力资本和促进人力资源的储备和升级等。; The development of services trade reflects factors allocation and the change of mode of foreign trade growth.Based on econometric analysis of services factors,for example,fixed-asset investment,FDI,human capital and tech-nological progress,etc.,it finds that the contribution rate of every services fac-tors to the change of mode of foreign trade growth are different,and its descend-ing order is: technological progress,FDI,fixed-asset investment and human capi-tal.In the end,it proposes recommendations to promote China’s services trade development,such as speeding up services’technological progress,introducing ser-vices’ FDI,strengthening services’ fixed-asset investment,cultivating services’ human capital,etc..; 教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划的资助(教技函[2010]14号NCET090081);广东省教育厅创新团队项目(粤财教[2008]342号)
