英文摘要	为了测定数据的集中趋势与平均水平,统计学家设计了多种度量的方法。从截面数据看,统计学家根据不同的变量类型与次数分布特点,以及个体量与总量的不同对应关系,确定不同的测度方法。从时序数据看,统计学家根据研究的目的和研究对象的特点,确定平均发展速度测度的不同设计方法。各种测度方法都显示出其科学性,但也暴露出其局限性。在统计描述中,应分析各种测度方法使用的前提条件及其特点,才能相得益彰,以求得更好的描述效果。; Many measurement methods were designed by statisticians to measure the central tendency and the average level of data.From the angle of cross-sectional data,different kinds of measurement methods are decided by statisticians based on the characteristics of different variable types and the frequency distribution and the different corresponding relation between the individual variable and the total;from the angle of time series data,statisticians decide different design methods to measure the average development speed according to the characteristics of the research purpose and objects.Each measurement method has its scientific nature and limitations.In the statistical description,better descriptive results can be achieved by analyzing the presuppositions and the characteristics of the measurement methods.
