| 英文摘要 | 20世纪80年代产生的内生增长理论具有重要的理论贡献:技术进步的内生化,克服了新古典索洛增长模型技术进步外生的缺陷,同时把资本积累与创新统一于内生增长模型之中,具有较强的现实说服力,提出的经济增长政策为政府干预经济奠定了理论基础。但其不足之处在于:生产函数的设立并未超越新古典增长理论,对资本与技术知识的认识不符合资本与技术知识的统一性、资本异质性、资本是处于不断发展的社会学习过程等特点,没有分析结构变化,没有分析技术进步以及人力资本形成过程中的路径依赖性质,也没有分析内生制度对于经济增长的作用。内生增长理论的创新必须注意这些特点,才能形成更加完善的理论体系。; Since 1980s,the endogenous growth theory has important theoretical contribution: it endogenized technological progress in model,and overcomes the flaws of Solow's growth model,and united the accumulation of capital with technological innovation in the endogenous growth model.At the same time,the theory is more convincing for the reality,it also has important policy implications for government intervention.But the theory has some shortcomings: the production function does not go beyond the neoclassical growth theory,knowledge capital and technology do not reflect the nature of capital.Endogenous growth theory does not analyze structural changes and path-dependent feature,and also does not analyze the endogenized institution for economic growth.The innovations of endogenous growth theory must pay attention to these features,in order to make a more complete theoretical system.; 中国博士后基金项目(20060390708);福建省社会科学基金项目(2007C012);厦门大学王亚南经济研究院2006年课题 |
