英文摘要	高校教师发展路径因高校的办学定位、办学类型等不同而各异。目前我国的应用技术型大学主要由高职院校升格而成,具有鲜明的职业性和技术性“血统“,同时,作为立足当地经济和社会发展需求的应用技术型大学,又兼具地方性、应用性和服务性等特征。据此,本文以博耶的“多域学术观“为指导性理念,分别从教学的学术、应用的学术、探究的学术和整合的学术四个方面系统探讨应用技术型大学教师发展的实践路径。; The faculty development paths are various due to different types of universities.Currently,the universities of applied sciences mainly originated from vocational colleges,thus,professionalism and technical nature are their typical characteristics.Meanwhile,as universities which mainly satisfy the local economic and social development needs,they also feature in locality,applicability,and serviceability.On this basis,taking Boyer's four domains of scholarship as the guiding idea,this paper mainly discusses the faculty development paths of applied sciences universities from the perspective of scholarship of teaching,scholarship of application,scholarship of discovery,and scholarship of integration respectively.; 浙江省教育科学规划2015年重点课题“MOOCs浪潮下应用技术大学青年教师教学能力培养研究”(2015SB089)
