英文摘要	经济快速发展推动了职业教育的大发展,“工学结合“的人才培养模式在备受关注的同时遭遇发展瓶颈。以古观今,追本溯源,福州船政学堂作为中国近代职业教育的发端,其“厂校一体“的办学体制,“艺理结合“的课程体系使得教学与实践相连、教育与劳动生产紧密结合,开创了工与学结合的人才培养模式。文章试图从其独特的办学体制、课程体系两个方面探析福州船政学堂“工学结合“培养模式的特点,从中总结和概括船政学堂对当今高等职业教育的现实意义。; Rapid economic development promoting the great development of vocational education,at the same time, " Combination of Working with Learning" talent training model encounters the bottlenecks.With the ancient to view today,and trace to its source,the Foochow Arsenal Naval College as the originator of modern vocational education in China,while it created the " Combination of working with learning" training model.There are two aspects which have characteristics of the training model: " the Integration between the Corporate and the School",curriculum system of " Combination between Art and Science".The Foochow Arsenal Naval College contributes to connect the teaching and practice,combine education and labor by the school system and the curriculum.From the Arsenal Naval College,we can conclude the realistic significance for today's higher vocational education.
