大学生就业竞争力差异分析——基于社会性别的视野; Analysis on the Differences of Undergraduates' Employment Competitiveness

英文摘要运用社会性别理论和实证研究方法,以某省若干所不同类型院校的样本为例,重点考察同等就业竞争力水平下的两性就业差异状况。研究表明:同类型院校中的两性大学生就业竞争力水平总体上未存在显著差异;在同等就业竞争力水平下,女生获得的面试机会、薪酬水平、发展机会和就业质量等均不如男生,显示存在性别歧视现象。导致性别歧视的深层原因,一是传统的社会性别观念导致女生就业处于不利地位;二是社会角色与家庭角色冲突对女生择业产生一定困扰;三是社会化过程对女生社会性别认同产生负面影响。因此,应将先进的性别敏感发展理念引入高校,借以促进两性大学生的平等就业。; Taking several different types of colleges for example,this essay investigates gender differences of college students' employment status on the same level of employment competitiveness,based on the theory of social gender and empirical research.The research points out that the employment competitiveness has no obvious differences between male and female students,but female's interview chance,general salary,development chance and employment quality are obviously less than those of male's.There exists gender discrimination.The reasons for gender difference of employment are: traditional social gender notion endows female students an image of weak,female students face a role confliction between family and career,socialization process takes negative effects on females' gender identity.Thus the study suggests gender sensitive conception should be stressed from colleges in order to improve male and female college students' employment equality.; 教育部人文社科重点研究基地重大项目“高校毕业生结构性失业的教育审视与治理”(11JJD880026); 国家社科基金“十二五”规划教育学一般项目“大学生就业流动的社会分层案例研究”(BIA110061); 中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金资助项目“妇女、性别学课程和学科建设”(1300—ZK1002)
