英文摘要 | 高考加分政策是国家为照顾弱势群体、奖励贡献家庭和鼓励特长发展而出台的一项高考制度的补充性政策。但是,由于政策本身的不完善以及缺乏有力的监督,致使高考加分政策在执行过程中日渐背离其初衷,引发教育不公平问题。为此,必须进一步完善高考加分制度,规范操作过程,强化监督和问责机制,确保制度的顺利执行。; Mark-adding policies of college entrance examination are complementary policies for the care of vulnerable groups,families and incentives to encourage contributions to the development of expertise of a college entrance examination system.However,because of the flexibility of the policy itself,inadequate procedures and the lack of effective monitoring,resulting in additional college entrance examination points in the implementation of the process of policy increasingly deviated from its original purpose,education does not lead to equity.Therefore,we must further improve the system of entrance examination points,standardize operating procedures,and strengthen monitoring and accountability mechanisms to ensure the smooth implementation of the system.; 教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地重大课题“高考改革与入学机会公平研究”(08JJD880246);“中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金资助”(项目编号:2010221037)成果 |
