英文摘要 | 罗丹明b肼化物是一个非荧光物质. 加入铜离子与肼化物中的n、O 螯合然后水解释放出罗丹明b. 该过程对铜的高选择性是因为有双重选择, 即目标离子既对传感分子有高亲和性又对水解反应有选择性. 许多共存离子都不使荧光强度改变. 本文报道一种简便的合成罗丹明b 肼化物的新方法. 在罗丹明b的醇溶液中加入过量的水合肼, 加热回流至粉红色褪去. 加蒸馏水用乙酸乙酯萃取, 干燥、蒸去溶剂即得罗丹明b肼化物.; The rhodamine B hydrazide is a nonfluorescent substance.Addition of Cu 2+ ions results in N,O chelation by the hydrazide moiety and subsequently in a redox hydrolysis with release of fluorescent rhodamine B.It is highly selective for copper due to a double selection process:response to the target metal ion requires both high affinity for the sensor molecule and hydrolytic reactivity of the metal ion.Many other metal ions do not produce any increase in fluoresence intensity.We wish to report a new simple method to synthsis the rhodamine B hydrazide.In a typical assay,excess hydrazine is added to the methanolic solution of rhodamine B and refluxed till the pink color disappear.The solution is poured into distilled water and extracted with ethyl estate,dride,evaporated the solvent to give desired rhodamine B hydrazide. |
