英文摘要	雇佣小农发展对土地流转的影响尚未引起重视。基于豫东典型村庄的调查发现,当地农业已由主要依赖家庭劳动力转变为依赖雇佣工人和机械进行生产,并出现了完全雇佣式的小农生产,为农民提供了土地流转的收益参照。在农业集约化水平偏低和确保流转质量的前提下,雇佣小农的成本低于流转临界成本,这一成本差决定了当地土地流转的“遇冷“。结合全国性数据,分析了粮食主产区土地流转的成本差及区域差异,论证得出粮食安全与流转质量之间的张力导致土地流转后的非粮化和农民利益的损害两种倾向,认为应积极发展入股、合作等农民受益主体型流转,谨慎对待租赁、转让等非农民受益主体型流转。; The influence of employment small-scale farming's development on land circulation hasn't got enough attention.This survey on typical village in eastern Henan Province finds that,local agricultural product has been transformed from mainly relying on domestic labors to agricultural employees and machinery.The employment completely relying on small-scale farming even appeared which provides farmers with revenue reference to land circulation.Under the condition of low levels of agricultural intensification and to ensure the quality of land circulation,the cost of fully employed small-scale farming is below the cost inflection point value.This article analyses cost difference and regional differences about land circulation in all major grainproducing provinces,demonstrates the tension between food production security and land circulation quality which leads to land's non-food production and the damage of farmers' interests.
