英文摘要	针对供应链伙伴关系和合作绩效的因果模型进行探索性研究,通过中国东部长三角沿海经济较发达地区金融行业、高科技行业和制造业、医药行业的76家中小企业137份有效问卷,在国内外供应链伙伴关系和资源获取能力的文献基础上,对于资源获取能力与供应链伙伴关系的理论模型进行了实证分析。利用基于偏最小二乘法(PlS)的结构方程模型(SEM)表明,在中国情境下资源获取能力对于供应链伙伴关系和绩效存在着部分中介效应,中小企业资源获取能力对于供应链伙伴关系的发挥具有重要的地位和功能,而供应链伙伴关系对于中小企业绩效的提升和竞争优势的保持具有强正向关系,这种关系是通过资源获取能力中介实现的。从社会与企业互动的角度将供应链伙伴关系纳入企业的供应链物流职能战略之中,体现出供应链关系对于市场资源和政府资源仍存在着依赖及替代效应。; In this paper,we had an exploratory study on the causal model between supply chain partnership and cooperation performance and then,through a questionnaire survey on 76 small- and- medium- sized enterprises from the financial,high- tech,manufacturing and medical industries of the Yangtze River Delta and coastal regions of China as well as a review of domestic and foreign literatures on supply chain partnership and resource acquisition capacity of the small- and- medium- sized enterprise,conducted an empirical analysis on the theoretical model of resource acquisition capacity and supply chain partnership.; 江苏省教育厅高校哲学社会科学基金项目“公司治理对企业社会责任的激励约束机制及其政策研究:以江苏大中型医药企业为例”(2013SJB6300110); 国家自然科学基金项目(71203100); 南京中医药大学工商管理重点学科开放课题
