英文摘要	十六大以来,民生建设问题成为学术界关注的热点。社会学、政治学与经济学等不同学科的学者从不同的视角出发,形成了着眼于解决民生建设中民生供给的结构性矛盾和制度性障碍的“社会民生论“、强调民生建设的政治属性以推进“民生型“政府的构建为主要目标的“民生政治论“、侧重于民生财政支出结构与公共性的“民生财政论“等民生建设观点。问题的进一步展开和深化可以从四方面入手:一是加强学科研究之间的互动与融合,力求对当前我国民生问题有一个整体性的把握;二是坚持理论与经验并重,加强对民生建设重大现实问题的经验研究;三是以已有民生制度理念为指针,重视对具体民生建设的路径选择研究;四是综合运用规范性分析与实证研究方法,对民生问题进行客观、全面而深入的研究。; People's livelihood has received considerable scholarly attention since the 16th National Congress.Sociologists, politicians and economists formulated a number of different theories and approaches to the issue of livelihood: the "society-livelihood theory", which approaches livelihood with a view to solving the structural problems of service supply and institutional barriers; the "livelihood-politics theory" emphasizes the political nature of livelihood building; the "livelihood-finance theory" focuses on the finance side.In order to integrate and deepen these existing investigations, we could: first, strengthen interdisciplinary interaction and integration so as to attain a holistic grasp of livelihood in contemporary China; second, give equal emphasis to both theoretical as well as empirical research and strengthen particularly empirical studies in this area; third,emphasize specific research related to policy choice; finally, study the issues objectively, comprehensively and thoroughly by making a comprehensive application of normative analysis and empirical research methods.; 国家社会科学基金重点项目:“推进以改善民生为重点的社会体制改革研究”(07ASH011); 教育部人文社会科学研究青年项目:“新生代农民工择业行为及其影响因素研究”(10YJC840052)
