| 英文摘要 | 高等学校师资队伍国际化是高等教育国际化的核心。国家公派出国留学规模的扩大,省际出国留学项目的相继出台,为高校加强师资队伍国际化建设提供了良好的机遇,但是高校依然存在诸如师资队伍国际化程度不高,人才流失等一系列问题。高校应当结合国家和高校发展的需求,采取一系列措施,引进和培养国际化人才,加强师资队伍国际化建设。; Internationalization of teaching faculty is the core of internationalized higher education.The expanding scale of government-sponsored teachers going abroad for academic pursuits,together with a successive release of interprovincial studying abroad programs,has brought about a very good opportunity to reinforce the internationalized construction of college and university teaching faculty.Nonetheless,there still exist a series of issues such as a comparatively low level of internationalization in teaching staff as well as brain drain.Hence,colleges and universities should combine their development with that of our nation as a whole and adopt a series of measures to bring in and train internationalized talents so as to strengthen the building of internationalization of teaching faculty. |
