英文摘要	对“石景山足球伤害案“法院判决的解读,有“受害人同意说“、“自甘风险说“和“受害人同意与自甘风险等同说“三种观点。在生成上,受害人同意与自甘风险不同,前者起源于罗马法,后者是普通法中的规则;在机理上,前者所“同意“的损害是确定的,后者甘冒的风险不确定。在体育侵权的抗辩事由中,应二元适用受害人同意和自甘风险规则,两者各有功用,各司其职。; There are three different opinions about Shijingshan Football Injury:victim consent,and assumption of risk, victim consent equaling assumption of risk.Victim consent and assumption of risk originated differently.The former came from Roman Law while the latter from Common Law.In function,the former defines specific injury while the latter shows indefinite risk.In sports tort,dual application of victim consent and assumption of risk is necessary.; 欧盟“伊拉斯谟”(ErasmusMundus)项目; 福建省哲学社会科学青年项目(2013C007)
