英文摘要	2007-2008年金融危机之后,许多国家纷纷建立宏观审慎监管机构负责宏观审慎监管,作为维护金融稳定的主要机构。如果宏观审慎监管机构要想有所作为,必须拥有充分的监管权力。从国内外相关文献和宏观审慎监管改革的国际实践来看,宏观审慎监管机构的潜在监管权力包括信息收集权、宏观审慎监管决策权、宏观审慎监管执行权、政策建议权、监管协调权和危机处置权等六个方面的权力。本文拟对这些权力进行探讨。; After the outbreak of financial crisis in 2007-2008,mac ro-prudential institutions of regulation have been established in many countries to maintain financial stability.These institutions do their shares if only being given sufficient regulation.Taking reference from the literature home and abroad and the practices worldwide of macro-prudential regulation reform,the thesis makes a tentative analysis on the potential regulations of the institutions in terms of information gathering,decision-making,enforcement of regulation,policy recommendation,regulatory coordination crisis management.
