英文摘要 | 转基因作为近十几年来的新技术,所导致的生态不安全风险很难得到科学确定性的证明,其安全性的争议还是比较大的。特别是当转基因技术涉及到人类的食品安全问题时,更是引起社会舆论的关注,因此在转基因食品的发展中贯彻风险预防原则是有其必要性的。; Ttransgenic as new technology in recent years that caused by ecological safety risk can be hard to get proof of scientific certainty, its safety controversies or larger.Especially when the transgenic technology relates to human food safety issues, is caused by social media attention, therefore in the genetically modified food development implementing the precautionary principle is its necessity. |
