英文摘要	我国加入WTO后,外国企业即拉开了对我国知识产权战役的序幕。以中国dVd专利案为始,温州打火机案、美国英特尔公司与我国东进公司、美国通用汽车公司与我国奇瑞汽车公司以及思科诉华为案等一系列案件层出不穷。大量的跨国公司的知识产权滥用行为,给我国本土企业与自主经济的发展带来了不可磨灭的恶果,也不利于国家科学技术的提高和产业的发展,进而影响我国综合国力的提高和中华民族的振兴。而仅仅寄望于一部反垄断法就能解决所有的知识产权滥用问题显然是不现实的。什么是知识产权滥用,为什么会出现跨国公司的这种知识产权滥用问题,我们又应该如何应对,这就是本文所要讨论的问题。; After China joined the WTO,the foreign enterprise immediately began the battle of intellectual property rights with our country.Take the Chinese DVD patent suit as the beginning,Wenzhou cigarette lighter document,American Intel Corporation and Our country East-bound Company,US General Motors and Our country Wonderful Auspicious Car Company,as well as Cisco sues Hua Wei and so on,a series of cases to emerge one after another incessantly.A large number of multinational corporation's actions which abuse of the Intellectual Property have brought the indelibly evil to the independent development of China's local enterprises and National Economic.And it also not conducive to the improvement of national science and technology and industrial development which in turn will affect China's overall national strength and rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Only hope in an anti-monopoly law will be able to solve all the problems of abuse of intellectual property rights is obviously unrealistic.What is the abuse of intellectual property rights,why appears the multinational corporation abuse of the intellectual property rights,what should be done to deal with these problems,this is what the article want to discuss.
