| 英文摘要 | 刚孵化的锯缘青蟹第一期蚤状幼体 ,经不同时间饥饿后再予投饵 ,结果表明 ,饥饿可显著降低幼体的存活率和延长其发育期 ,饥饿时间 ( t)和发育期长 ( D)呈线性关系 ( D=4 .81+1.81t,r=0 .96,p<0 .0 0 1) ,对于青蟹蚤 I 幼体 ,起始饥饿时间超过 4 d,再予投饵 ,幼体均不能恢复到正常发育和蜕皮 ,即其“不可恢复点 ( point of no- return,PNR)”约为 4 d.若幼体孵化后马上投喂 ,但在投喂后不同时间间隔使幼体饥饿 ,50 %青蟹蚤 I 幼体达到“营养贮存饱和点 PRS50 ( Point- of- reservesaturation)”的投喂时间为 2 .3d,约为正常发育期长 4 .5d的一半 .对已通过 PRS点的幼体 ,饥饿一般不影响其蜕皮和发育 ,甚至还有一定促进作用 【英文摘要】 Effects of particular starvation on survival and development of newly hatched zoea 1 larvae of the mud crab, Scylla serrata , were investigated in the laboratory.
