中文摘要	技术转移是将某种技术应用于与其起源不同的实践领域的过程。技术在转移的过程中受到多方面因素的影响,对于西南地区而言,传统文化对技术转移的成败起着重要的作用。本文通过考察西南地区实施技术转移的形式,分析影响技术转移的因素及由此产生的文化摩擦,以便为有效地开发西南地区提供借鉴。The technology transfer is a process which some kind of technology is applied in to practice that i s different from it s origins .During the process of the technology transfer , it is effected by various f act ors .As the Southwest area as concerned, it is the traditional culture that play the vi tal role to success or failure of technology transfer .By inspecting the forms of the technology t ransfer taken in the Southwest area, this article analysis the factors influencing technology transf er and the cultural friction produced by it , thus , to provide model for developing the Southwest area more effectively .; 国家社会科学基金课题“西部大开发中的技术转移与文化摩擦”(编号:02BZX069)的研究成果之一
