中文摘要	目前福建省多数普通高校体育课程仍以传统的授课模式为主,这已不能满足"健康教育"的要求。教育部在颁布现行《全国普通高校公共体育课程指导纲要》中提出的"三自"课堂教学形式,能够充分发挥学生的主体作用,努力拓展体育课程的时间和空间,有利于实施"健康教育"。采用调查法、数理统计法、实验研究法等,对"三自"教学形式进行了实证研究,论证了在福建省普通高校中实施"三自"教学形式的必要性和可行性。; At present,most colleges and universities in Fujian still take the traditional teaching method as the principal mode,which is far from satisfying the need of Health Education.In the publication of the PE course Teaching Guideline of National Normal Higher schools,Ministry of Education put forward"three-self"teaching mode;This mode not only takes full advantage of the main role of the students,but also enlarges the time and space of classes,which is useful for implementing the Health Education.This paper adopts the way of survey method,mathematical statistics and experiment methodology to carry out an empirical research into "three-self"teaching mode,so as to verify the necessity and feasibility for the "three-self"teaching mode that was implemented in PE course of Fujian general colleges and universities.; 【作者单位】集美大学体育学院；【作者英文名】WU Shou-sheng(School of Physical Education,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,Fujian,China)
