中文摘要	以大黄鱼(Larimichthys crocea)性腺为材料,采用SMART(switching mechanism at 5′end of RNA transcript)技术和DSN(duplex-specific nuclease)处理构建了大黄鱼性腺线性化cDNA文库,文库的库容为4.3×106PFU/mL,重组率为95.8%,插入片段大小为0.5-3 kb,说明该文库质量良好。从文库中随机挑取了3 961个克隆进行测序,共获得3 535条高质量的表达序列标签(ESTs)。包含与生殖免疫相关的基因33条,其中非特异性免疫相关基因17条,特异性免疫相关基因16条。; A normalized gonad cDNA library was constructed using the combination of SMART and DSN(duplex-specific nuclease)techniques.The content of cDNA library was 4.3×106 PFU/mL.The recombinant percentage of the normalized cDNA library was 95.8%,and the cDNA inserts sizes ranged between 0.5-3 kb.A total of 3 961 clones randomly picked from the library were single-pass sequenced.Clustering and assembling of these expressed sequence tags(ESTs)resulted in a total of 3 535 high quality sequences including 17 acquired reproductive-immunization-response related genes and 16 innate immune response-related genes.; 【作者单位】集美大学水产学院福建省高校水产科学技术与食品安全重点实验室；美国德克萨斯州立大学化学与生化系；【作者英文名】Chen Yun1 Zhou Peng1 Zhang Ziping2 Wang Yilei1(1 The Key Laboratory of Science and Technology for Aquaculture and Food Safety,Fisheries College of Jimei University,Xiamen 361021;2 Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry,Texas State University,San Ma
