中文摘要	"民工潮"和"民工荒"都是劳动力需求和供给的非均衡现象。为研究非均衡现象的产生原因,通过对刘易斯的二元经济结构理论模型的修改,建立一个适合中国国情的民工流动模型,并利用《中国统计年鉴2006》中农业部门人口比例作为被解释变量,以农业部门消费价格指数、加入WTO、农村新增劳动力高峰作为解释变量,实证"民工潮"和"民工荒"是一种价格波动情况下的"非均衡"民工流动。; The migrant worker flood and shortage is a phenomenon resulting from the unbalanced labor supply and demand.To analyze the causes for this imbalance,the paper builds a model of the migration of rural workers in China,based on Lewis Theories of the dual economic structure.The model uses as the explained variable the population ratio in the agricultural departments given by China Statistical Yearbook 2006,and uses as the explanatory variables CPI,WTO entry,and labor force peak in the rural areas.The result testifies that the migrant worker flood and shortage is the unbalanced worker migration because of the price fluctuations.; 【作者单位】集美大学航海学院；【作者英文名】YANG Jin(Navigation College,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China)
