中文摘要	结合在船舶自动避碰决策系统和电子海图显示与信息系统等方面的研究成果,提出了一种新型船用智能避碰导航仪(Vessel Intelligent Collision Avoidance Navigator,简称VICAN)的设计方案,重点阐述了VICAN的系统组成、功能设计及其工作流程,随后对将来的研究内容进行了一些展望。VICAN在继承了传统ARPA功能的基础上,提升了ARPA的智能性,可以大大减轻船舶驾驶员的工作负担,在一定程度上解决人为因素问题对船舶航行安全的困扰,从而提高航海的总体安全性。; Based on the researching fruit of automatic decision-making system for vessel collision avoidance and electronic chart display and information system, a new-type Vessel Intelligent Collision Avoidance Navigator(VICAN for short)was brought forward.Then to lay stress on expatiating upon the composition,function and workflow of VICAN,and finally pointed out some researching content for the further.VICAN inherited the traditional functions of ARPA and also upgraded the intelligent performance of ARPA,which should greatly reduce the working load of navigators and solve the safety problem of navigation in a certain extent caused by human factors.As a result,VICAN should improve the safety of navigation.; 【作者单位】集美大学；集美大学福建厦门361021；上海海事大学；上海200135；福建厦门361021；【作者英文名】YANG Shen-hua~(1,2),LI Li-na~1,SUO Yong-feng~1(1.Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China;2.Shanghai Maritime University,Shanghai 200135,China)
