中文摘要采用化学镀镍对碳纤维(Carbon fibers,CNFs)表面金属化,研究不同厚度的表面金属化碳纤维的场发射性能。实验结果表明,碳纤维表面金属化后体电阻率明显降低,场发射性能显著提高;厚度不同的金属化碳纤维的场发射性能不同。当化学镀时间为30 min,镍金属膜厚约3.25μm时,碳纤维体电阻率ρ降至1.35×10-4Ω.cm,场发射性能最优,当电压为638 V时出现亮点,电压为1 425 V时,亮度最高达988 cd/m2。; Carbon fibers(CNFs) were surfacial metallized by electroless deposited with nickel,and their field emission properties were investigated by diode test.The results indicated that the different nickel thicknesses of CNFs were affected on their field emission properties,which the volume resistivity of CNFs was decreased and field emission property was increased,respectively,after CNFs were surfacial metallized.It was found that CNFs owned the best field emission properties after electroless depositing for 30 min,with nickel metal thickness as 3.25μm and volume resistivity down to 1.35×10-4Ω·cm.The field emission tests showed when applied voltage was 638 V,CNFs appeared bright dots,and the high luminance achieved 988 cd/m2 under applied voltage 1 425 V.; 【作者单位】福建集美大学理学院; 福州大学物理与信息工程学院;【作者英文名】Yang Lan1,2,Ye Yun2,Lin Zhixian2,Guo Tailiang2(1.College of Science,Jimei University,Xiamen Fujian 361021,CHN;2.College of Physics and Information Engineering,Fuzhou University,Fuzhou 350002,CHN)
