中文摘要提出一个实际环境的动态车辆路径规划和调度问题模型。根据实际观测的车辆行驶速度曲线,把服务周期划分成若干个时间段,每个时间段用随时间变化的模糊值函数表示,用模糊值函数积分确定车辆在路段的模糊行驶时间。由于车辆的行驶时间,抵达节点时间均为模糊数,是否满足节点时间窗口要求成为模糊数比较问题。为此,引入模糊数比较模型,得出两个模糊数的可能性关系,且在此型基础上建立了系统模型。经过模拟计算表明,该模型是有效的。; A model of the real world vehicle routing and dispatching problem was proposed.A service period was divided into some time segments according to the inflexions of the observed speed curves and the dispatchers’ subjective experiences.The travel speed of each segment was expressed as a triangular fuzzy value function of linear varying as time.The travel time was calculated by fuzzy value integral to insure FIFO property.The method of comparing two triangular fuzzy numbers was applied to check whether or not customers’ time windows were satisfied,because the travel times and the arriving times of vehicles were the fuzzy numbers.With regards to this,a model of the comparing fuzzy numbers was introduced.On this basis,a corresponding mathematical model was established.An improved large neighborhood search approach was proposed for solving the dispatching model.The results of experiments and actual applications show the model and the approach is viable and valid.; 【作者单位】集美大学计算机工程学院;【作者英文名】HONG Lian-xi(Computer Science and Engineering School,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021 China)
