中文摘要利用ANSYS软件所提供的Workbench平台建立了Yx形橡胶密封结构模型,针对工程实际,考虑Yx形密封圈与密封面的缝隙逐渐过渡为接触,应用有限元技术分析了Yx形密封圈在不同工作压力下的应力和变形规律。结果表明:在油压作用下,Yx形密封圈应力较大区域在内唇密封部位和Y形开口处,变形较大区域发生在Y形开口靠近内唇处;随着工作压力的增加,密封圈内唇与密封面的缝隙逐渐变小直至接触,这种变化由密封部位沿轴向逐渐扩展。; Rubber sealing Yx-ring section model is established using Workbench tool of ANSYS software. Aiming at the engineering application, and considering that the slit transforms to contact gradually of Yx-ring section seal and hydraulic cylinder, using nonlinear finite-element analysis method, the distortion, stress and their distribution of Yx-ring section rubber seal in various pressures were calculated. The results show that the stress concentration is in the lip seal place and Yx-ring jaw opening, and large deformation concentration is in opening to approach the lip seal place.
