中文摘要	文章采用空间计量经济学的研究方法,分别利用空间和时间固定效应的空间误差模型、空间自回归模型和普通最小二乘回归,对中国工业集聚的影响因素进行实证分析和比较,研究结论显示:中国各省(市、区)之间的工业集聚存在显著的空间相关性。财政分权体制下,以提供优质基础设施等公共物品为特征的政府财政支出竞争对区域工业集聚具有正面效应。此外,外商直接投资、人力资本和城市化水平对中国区域工业集聚也具有显著的正面效应。; By using the research methods of spatial econometrics,the author employs the SAR model,SEM model and OLS model of spatial and time period fixed effects to make empirical analysis and comparison on the influential factors of China’s industrial agglomeration.The results show that the industrial agglomeration of different provinces(cities and regions) has significant spatial relativity.Under the system of fiscal decentralization,government fiscal expenditure competition,characterized by providing public goods such as good infrastructures,has positive effects on industrial agglomeration.In addition,FDI,human capital and the urbanization level have significant positive effects on China’s regional industrial agglomeration.; 【作者单位】集美大学财经学院；【作者英文名】HUANG Yang-ping (School of Finance,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China)
