中文摘要	Objective: To observe the ultrathin tissue sections of human ligual squamous carcinoma by atomic force microscopy(AFM).Materials and Methods: By using a new sample preparation method,we observed 15 cases of tongue carcinoma and 10 cases of adjacent tissue under AFM.Results: Topography of single cells and subcellular structures of pathological tissue section were obtained with high spatial resolution.Some features in those AFM images were revealed comparable to that obtained with transmission electron microscope(TEM).Conclusion: AFM can be used in investigation of tumor pathology.
