中文摘要以Q390GJD钢为材料制作了磨光焊缝连接和原状处理焊缝连接的板材试件,采用高频试验机进行常规轴向拉伸疲劳试验。试验结果发现:本文试验中的Q390GJD钢焊缝连接试件的疲劳试验结果具有非常大的离散性。由钢结构设计规范得出的Q390GJD磨光焊缝连接试件在200万次下的疲劳强度比根据试验拟合曲线计算出的值要小。Q390GJD焊缝连接试件由于焊缝的处理不同,疲劳强度有很大差异。; A number of axial tensile fatigue tests were conducted under high frequency fatigue machine.During the tests,Q390GJD plate specimens with polished and original welded connections were used.The test results showed that the discreteness of the fatigue strength was fairly great.The fatigue strength of Q390GJD welded connections under 2 million times loading was greater than the corresponding value calculated according to the steel design code.The fatigue performance of these welded connections with different treatment has large difference.
