中文摘要为研究挂网长棒形瓷绝缘子的耐污性能,采用ANSYS三维有限元和全尺寸人工污秽试验等方法对长棒形瓷绝缘子的电位分布、污闪特性、积污规律及有效爬电距离进行了探讨。仿真结果表明:与盘型结构相比,500k V线路长棒形瓷绝缘子串的电位分布更加不均匀,超过50%运行电压集中在高压侧第1节元件上。试验结果表明:长棒形瓷绝缘子交流污闪电压与串长呈线性关系,与等值盐密呈负幂指函数关系;重污秽条件(ρESDD=0.1mg/cm2及ρESDD=0.125 mg/cm2)下,500 k V线路长棒形瓷绝缘子的U50%较双伞型瓷绝缘子低27%~28.2%;此外,长期挂网测量数据表明,长棒形瓷绝缘子在湿润地区运行时表面污秽度可长期维持在较低水平,推荐爬电距离有效系数K≈0.98;而在半湿润地区污秽度则随时间呈指数函数增长,并且长期会趋于饱和,推荐爬电距离有效系数K≈0.89。以上参数可为不同降水量地区的外绝缘选择提供参考。; In order to study the contamination properties of operating long rod porcelain insulators, the ANSYS three-dimensional finite element method and full-scale artificial pollution tests are used to investigate the potential distribution, flashover performance, contamination trend, and effective creepage distances. The simulation results show that over 50% operating voltage concentrates on the single unit of high voltage polarity for the long rod insulator string, which is more uneven in comparison with the disk ceramic insulator string. The test results demonstrate that the contamination flashover voltage of the long rod porcelain insulator has a negative power function relationship with equivalent salt deposit density and a linear relation with string length. Under heavy contamination condition(ρESDD=0.1 mg/cm2 and ρESDD=0.125 mg/cm2), the U50% of 500 k V long rod porcelain insulator string is 27%~28.2% lower than double shed porcelain insulator string. Besides, measurement data of long-term operating insulators show that long rod porcelain insulator can maintain contamination degree at a low level in humid areas and it is recommended that the creepage distances effective coefficient K≈0.98. In semi-humid areas, the contamination degree grows with the exponent function, which will be saturated for the long-term trend, and it is recommended that the creepage distances effective coefficient K≈0.89. The coefficient above can provide a reference for different rainfall areas of external insulation configuration.
