| 中文摘要 | 在我国,混合所有制经历了一个否定之否定的过程,而每一次革命和变革,都是以一定的理论为基础的。传统的剥削理论,构成了非公有制经济进一步发展的理论障碍。正是对传统劳动价值论的反思和按生产要素贡献分配理论的建立,为公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展的混合所有制经济制度的确立奠定了理论基础。股份制是现代混合所有制企业普遍采取的形式,它在性质上既是一种财产组织形式,也是一种特殊的产权形式,是公私两种产权制度的有机融合。可以说,股份制既是社会主义初级阶段公有制的主要实现形式,同时也是非公有制的主要实现形式。; In China, the mixed ownership system has experienced a double negation process, during which each revolution and reform is based on certain theories. The traditional theory of exploitation becomes the theoretical obstacle to the further development of the non-public sector of the economy. Reflection on the traditional labor theory of value and the establishment of the theory of distribution according to the respective contribution of factors of production have laid the theoretical foundation for the establishment of the mixed ownership economic system whereby public ownership is dominant and economic entities under diverse ownership forms develop side by side. Shareholding system is a common form of modern mixed ownership enterprises. It is a form of property in nature as well as a special form of property rights and represents the organic integration of public and private property right systems. It can be said that shareholding system is not only the principal form of public ownership in the primary stage of socialism but also the principal form of non-public ownership. |
