The toughest task for its rebuilding is to achieve economic transition from wartime to peacetime under various domestic security threats and still seriously tense social ethnic relations. Central Asian countries and Afghanistan in the post-anti-terrorism era are closely bound through direct boundary bordering, the same religious beliefs, cross-border ethnicities, special historical ties and close interaction in security. During the reconstruction of Afghanistan, Central Asian countries play an irreplaceable role as partner.
