中文摘要	日本通过甲午战争窃占钓鱼岛之后,古贺辰四郎于1896年9月日本殖民统治台湾时期,获得日本政府批准租借开发钓鱼岛。伴随1945年日本接受《波茨坦公告》及《开罗宣言》,无条件投降,必须把包括钓鱼岛在内的台湾及其所有附属岛屿归还中国。日本所谓私人岛主的地位和权利业已作废。然而,2012年9月,野田佳彦内阁却不顾中方反对而宣布从所谓日本私人岛主手中购买钓鱼岛,企图通过所谓"国有化"永久占有钓鱼岛。至今,日本政府仍把当年古贺辰四郎殖民开拓钓鱼岛的行为,作为日本"先占"和实际控制钓鱼岛的国际法依据,甚至不惜制造伪证。其最典型的谎言之一是,日本政府把古贺辰四郎最早登岛开发的时间,提前到甲午战争前的1884年,形成了流传百年以上的历史谎言。伊泽弥喜太长女伊泽真伎留下的宝贵历史证言及其他一些相关证据证明,所谓古贺辰四郎1884年登岛开发及1885年提出开发申请均系伪造。; After Japan annexed the Diaoyu Dao Islands in the Sino-Japanese war of 1894- 1895,Koga Tatushiro was approved by the Japanese government to rent and develop the Diaoyu Dao Islands in September 1896 when Japan ruled Taiwan as a colony. In 1945,Japan surrendered unconditionally and accepted the Potsdam Proclamation and Cairo Declaration,which meant they must return Taiwan including the Diaoyu Dao Islands and all affiliated islands. Japans right to own the Diaoyu Dao Islands privately has been abolished since then. However,in 2012,the Noda Yoshihiko cabinet declared that the Japanese government would buy the Diaoyu Dao from Japanese private owners regardless of Chinas objection,in the attempt to occupy the Diaoyu Dao Islands permanently by nationalization. Up to now,the Japanese government still considers Koga Tatushiros colonial exploitation of the Diaoyu Dao Islands as their international legal precedent to occupy and control the Diaoyu Dao Islands. One of the typical claims made by Japan is that Koga Tatushiros initial exploration of the Diaoyu Dao Islands was in the year1884,before the Sino-Japanese war of 1894-1895. This lie has lasted for more than a hundred years. This article aims to discover the origins of the conflict through historic facts,exclusive testimony and circumstantial evidence.
